Fletching
The parish church at Fletching is open daily. Photographs of the font and altar can be obtained from Jill on the A272. One of the notable memorials is that of Edward Gibbon, author of "The Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire" who is buried in the Earls of Sheffield mausoleum, he was working at neaby Sheffield Park at the time of his death.
