There are several types of reports that can be created using FTM, an explanation and examples of the main types are given below, reports can be used to share information with other researchers, highlight specific family lines, calculate relationships and also to highlight possible errors (such as relationship errors or missing dates)

To select the reports menu click on "report" in the main toolbar menu and select the report type from the dropdown menu (illustrated)
