Lets see if I can get this right, if not I am sure one you kind people will tell me.
My name is Brian S Cottingham, I live in Essex, very interested in family history. I am currently researching the family members who lived in Mayfield Sussex. I am looking for people (Cottingham's) who lived there in the 1500-1800. I have all the census available so are probably looking for parish records.
