Please leave the details of the Birth, Marriage or Death certificate(s) which you have have ordered in error, in the relevant section.
For Marriages please enter BOTH Bride and Groom separately ie BLOGGS/BROWN and BROWN/BLOGGS
When a certificate has found a new home would you please notify a member of the Site Content And Development team to remove the certificate details.
