A family group sheet can be used to display a family group quite succesfully but can cover several pages if several individuals are included.

The outline descendant report will display the descendants of an individual and each generation is given a number, this makes it easier to work out who is a child, grandchild or great grandchild. As with all reports, the boxes to the right allow the format, font, colour and items to include to be changed as needed.
Genealogy Report
A genealogy report is a text report, used to display information you enter onto a family page. Genealogy report are quite useful when sharing information with a relative as they can include not only names and dates but also notes, comments and sources that have been added. Notes and additional information can be excluded when creating the report for privacy reasons if needed. This makes genealogy reports a useful quick reference report for someone who is unfamiliar with a particular individual or family line.
Kinship Report
Kinship reports are quite fun to use, they can be based on any name in a file. A useful technique is to send a kinship report to a relative based on your relative, this means your relative can instantly see how they are related to all the names in your tree.
The illustration demonstrates a different text font and colour to the previous examples and is used to show how the appearance of a report can be changed.
