Please leave the details of the Birth, Marriage or Death certificate(s) which you have ordered in error in the relevant section.
For Marriages please enter BOTH Bride and Groom separately i.e. BLOGGS/BROWN and BROWN/BLOGGS
When a certificate has found a new 'home' please remove the certificate details. click on a hyperlink below.
